Which courier do you use for deliveries?
It depends on the warehouse sending your order and your location. If your item ships from within Europe (like Sweden, Germany, or Poland), it’s typically delivered via PostNord—Sweden’s official postal service, known for reliable nationwide delivery. For shipments outside Europe, we may use trusted couriers like DHL, UPS, or EMS, depending on which offers the fastest verified tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on product availability and your location. We ship from multiple warehouses worldwide (Sweden, Germany, Poland, Spain, USA, and Asia), so your order will always be sent from the nearest available warehouse.
Why do some products take longer to ship than others?
Shipping times can vary depending on product sensitivity (for example, delicate lighting products require extra protective packaging), as well as current stock levels across warehouses. In some cases, this may add a couple of extra days to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — most of our products come with free tracked shipping. For transparency, shipping costs are already included in the product price so you won’t face surprises at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package step by step until it arrives at your door.
Where will my order ship from?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package fragile products (especially glass and lighting) to minimize risks. If your order still arrives damaged, contact us at info@ljuva.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
